How to Earn SoPoints

Currently, there are three primary ways to earn SoPoints:

  • Trade: Earn points by generating trading volume on Spot and Perps.

  • Invite: Successfully invite friends to SoDEX and earn an additional 25% of the points they generate as a referral bonus.

  • Vault Holdings: Providing liquidity or holding assets in selected vaults will generate points over time.

Points Calculation (Dynamic Weighting Model)

To maintain a fair and sybil-resistant environment, SoDEX utilizes a Dynamic Weighting Model. Instead of a fixed formula, the algorithm is fine-tuned weekly based on platform growth, market depth, and aggregate user behavior. This ensures that genuine participants are protected and rewards are not diluted by bot manipulation.

Anti-Gaming & Enforcement

SoDEX maintains zero tolerance for wash trading or any manipulative farming. Our risk engine monitors for suspicious patterns, and the system reserves the right to deduct or disqualify points from flagged accounts. Real liquidity contribution is always prioritized over robotic repetition.

Snapshot & Distribution Schedule

  • Snapshot: Every Saturday at 0:00 (UTC)

  • Distribution: Every Tuesday at 12:00 (UTC)

  • Where to check: After distribution is complete, you can view newly earned points for the previous week on the Rewards dashboard.

Weekly Points Pool

During Season 1, SoDEX distributes a fixed 1,000,000 SoPoints per week. As the platform scales, the "difficulty" of earning points may increase - early participants gain a meaningful advantage.
